Prohibited Practices in Direct Sales

In maintaining integrity and trust within the direct sales business, the following actions are strictly prohibited. Every sales representative, distributor, and partner is expected to adhere to the highest ethical standards in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and the public.

Misleading or Unfair Advertising

Sales representatives must never use false, exaggerated, or misleading claims when promoting products or business opportunities. Advertisements and promotional materials should always be honest, transparent, and supported by facts.
Deceptive practices — such as suggesting unrealistic results, making unverified promises, or hiding important product details — damage the company’s reputation and violate consumer trust.

False or Unverifiable Testimonials

It is unethical to provide or distribute statements, testimonials, or endorsements that cannot be proven or verified.
All claims about a product’s effectiveness, benefits, or performance must be based on genuine experience, scientific data, or verified customer feedback.
Fabricating testimonials or using manipulated content to influence buyers is strictly forbidden.

Invasion of Customer Privacy

Salespersons and company representatives must respect the privacy and dignity of every customer.
Gathering, storing, or using a customer’s personal information without consent is not permitted. Monitoring or disclosing private details about a customer’s life, habits, or financial situation in a way that could cause embarrassment or harm is considered a serious ethical violation.

Coercion or Deception in Sales

No sales activity should involve pressuring, tricking, or manipulating customers into making a purchase.
It is unacceptable to use a customer’s lack of information or absence of explicit consent to push products they do not need or cannot afford.
Every transaction should be voluntary, well-informed, and based on mutual respect between the seller and the buyer.

Commitment to Ethical Conduct

Upholding these ethical principles ensures fairness, transparency, and long-term trust between the company, its representatives, and the community. Every member of the organization has the duty to conduct business responsibly — placing honesty and respect above short-term gain.
